In its latest, and most revolutionary, update to this iconic piece of cycling gear, Shimano has added a few extra gears and made it ready for electronic shifting. The shifting is now easier and faster. This internally geared hub is fully compatible with both Alfine 11-speed Di2 shifters and Di2 road shifters, features a Centerlock disc brake mount, but is also V-brake compatible. Note: this is the hub only. It must be built up with a rim and compatible spokes. Shifting requires the MU-S705 11-speed motor unit (item # 50-2764) and optional CS-S500 sprocket. If using with Ultegra and Dura-Ace Di2, all components require the same firmware version to operate.
